Village day ops

Software v1.35.0 ships one aggregate doctor, readiness receipt, runbook, and kit so maintainers can stand up a local knowledge hub in a weekend. Not free commercial broadband.

Honest rails

go_weekend_sim is a lab/classroom path with no RF required. Field mesh and live RX still need spectrum checks and legal_rf_mode. Receive-only satellite; unlicensed mesh TX only; open content only. Never free Starlink-style claims.
