Node report ops

Software v1.35.0 ships report doctor, status, printable passport, and kit. Roll up local ops, capabilities, licenses, power, integrity, RX, disaster, and village-day into one page for partners. Not free commercial broadband.

Honest rails

Local rollup only. Fleet heartbeat stays default OFF. Receive-only FTA, unlicensed mesh, open content. Fix individual surface doctors when a gate is NO.

Partner workflow

  1. report doctor until go_partner_review
  2. Fix NO gates with the matching surface doctor
  3. Export PDF for pilot / ministry files
  4. Keep fleet heartbeat OFF unless written opt-in later
  5. Re-run after corpus import or mesh changes
