Local ops

Software v1.35.0 ships ops doctor, status, printable board, and kit. Maintainers see disk, power, peers, pack freshness, and bit-rot without cloud telemetry. Fleet heartbeat stays default OFF. Not free commercial broadband.

Honest rails

Local metrics only. No personal data harvest. Optional fleet heartbeat remains OFF until an operator explicitly opts in later. Not free Starlink.

Maintainer workflow

  1. ops doctor until go_local_lab (fleet OFF)
  2. Check disk headroom for go_local_field
  3. Print local-ops-board.html for the wall
  4. Run power / integrity / capabilities doctors as needed
  5. Do not enable cloud telemetry without written operator opt-in
